Dear Lord hear my prayer.
Take into your loving embrace my beloved pet.
Much joy they have given me with unconditional love.
Thank you God for their companionship too.
Even on my darkest days they sat and comforted me.
Never do they judge me or hold a grudge.
If I yelled at them wrongfully they forgave me.
Lord I ask you to love and nurture them as I have.
I ask that they can become my Guardian Angel.
I love my pet as if it were a child.
God take their soul so that it may be reborn.
So that others may know the same love I have known.
